The “Hazleton Works” brand is built on a marketing strategy aimed at uplifting the Greater Hazleton region through job training and skilled labor programs. The campaign officially kicked off in Spring of 2021 with an outdoor campaign, digital assets, and video content. The campaign also includes a website aimed at connecting job seekers to the various partner programs.
We also worked with a variety of stakeholders to create a digital marketing kit that was available to campaign partners. The marketing kit introduced partners to a library of customizable assets that they can share online. Partners can then post on their own websites and to their own social feeds. Doing so drives organic traffic to the Hazleton Works website and brings more awareness to the campaign.
In order to navigate the creative challenge of three distinct audiences, we tailored our message to education partners, businesses and job seekers. We worked to maintain a cohesive visual identity while crafting three distinct messages. We worked with local businesses and shot videos to tell the stories of real people. Specifically, stories of community members who are actively advancing their careers and gaining training in the Hazleton area were shared.
