Reimagining Creative Careers
ImagineX is a day-long interactive conference designed to help middle school students, educators, and counselors imagine what’s next. In collaboration with regional partners and Pennsylvania Creative Industries, powered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, the Posture team helped bring this first-of-its-kind event to Northeast Pennsylvania through branding, creative direction, content development, event production, and video coverage. Together, we built an experience centered on creativity as a career catalyst — showcasing how skills like storytelling, design, problem-solving, and innovation translate into real, in-demand professions. From live student interactions to dynamic visuals and inspiring success stories, ImagineX encouraged attendees to see the arts not as a single career path, but as a powerful force shaping the jobs of tomorrow.
