Fidelity Bank has 21 branch offices throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. They have extended their reach beyond their physical locations over the years with new digital services. They sought to open a 100% virtual branch to showcase all these digital banking services and encourage their customers to bank anytime, anywhere with the “Fidelity Digital Branch.” The process began with building a new site dedicated specifically to the digital branch. This eventually tied to a “Virtual Grand Opening” event with online giveaways for their customers.
