  • Tell me who you are in case we have any questions!
  • A shot list may include people’s names (if it’s headshots), a product list, specific groups of people or moments during events, and location-specific areas to focus on.
  • A range or estimated length is okay. Recommended lengths are usually :15, :30, and :60, but could be several minutes depending on the needs.

  • Interview Checklist

  • A schedule for the day of the shoot. Things to consider in scheduling: number of questions, location (if we have to relocate between shots), breaks for meals, etc.
  • Accuracy in this phase will help us in post-production when creating lower thirds.
  • This is often Jamie, but occasionally the client will have their own interviewer that they want to use.

  • Additional Info

    This section is designed to get as much information as possible ahead of time. It’s okay if we don’t have all the answers, but any of this info would be very helpful in planning.
  • Please indicate shots we know we will need to get. This doesn’t have to be exact right now but will at least give us an idea ahead of time so we can plan our gear accordingly.
  • Things we know in advance that will definitely need to be a part of the end result.

  • Delivery

  • The size (aspect ratio) of the final product. If you don’t know what this should be, ask Jamie for a recommendation!
  • Unless otherwise requested, photos will be standard 3:2. If the photos need to be cropped to a specific size or aspect ratio, please make a note of that here.
  • This determines the resolution and cropping of the final images.
  • How the client wants to receive the final video(s).
