We’re looking for a savvy content pro who lives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and scroll-stopping execution. Someone who understands that social media isn’t just about posting — it’s about connecting, building community, and shaping how people experience your brand, one swipe at a time.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, plan-the-grid, chase-the-story, write-the-caption, shoot-the-video kind of role.
As Posture’s Social Media Strategist, you’ll lead the charge on all things social — from content calendars and campaigns to real-time event coverage and analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, clients, and our creative team to craft compelling, strategic content that shows up with purpose, clarity, and personality across every platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Own day-to-day social media strategy, planning, and execution for Posture and client brands
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and developers to bring social content to life in a way that’s visually and digitally cohesive
- Build and manage multi-channel content calendars that align with audience goals, seasonal opportunities, and strategic campaigns
- Create platform-specific content — including posts, captions, videos, stories, and reels — that drive engagement and build community
- Recommend content types and formats based on audience behavior, platform trends, and client objectives
- Capture content at live events (photos, videos, interviews) and translate it into real-time or future-ready posts
- Write and edit a variety of content beyond social — including blog posts, emails, brand messaging, and campaign copy
- Stay sharp on social trends, tools, and algorithm shifts — and proactively apply insights to your work
- Support paid campaigns with ad copywriting and content recommendations
- Track performance across platforms and translate metrics into insights that help evolve our approach
What We’re Looking For:
- A strategic thinker with a storyteller’s soul — you know how to craft a message that matters
- A social media native who understands what works (and what doesn’t) on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- A confident communicator who can work directly with clients and internal teams alike
- A clear, compelling writer with sharp instincts for voice, tone, and clarity
- A flexible creator who’s just as comfortable drafting a blog post as editing a phone-shot video
- A planner with the chops to juggle content calendars, timelines, and trends
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and can adapt on the fly
Bonus Points If You:
- Know your way around paid social strategy, Google Ads, and content-driven campaigns
- Have experience writing for formats like OOH, video scripts, and marketing collateral
- Understand SEO best practices and how content and search work together
