We’re looking for a creative problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of design, animation, and storytelling. This isn’t just a graphic design role — it’s a hybrid position that blends visual design with motion graphics and multimedia content creation.
You’ll be designing for a range of mediums, from static print pieces to animated social posts to light video editing. Some days, you might be building brand visuals and collateral, others, you’re storyboarding and animating for a campaign. If you’re someone who enjoys working across disciplines and knows how to translate big ideas into engaging visuals, this might be the role for you.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio of both static and motion work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
- Experience designing for digital, print, and motion — bonus points for light video editing chops
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and animation principles
- Experience creating social media content and other digital-first brand assets
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a strategic, brand-minded approach
- Comfortable presenting work and leading conversations with clients
- Organized, self-managed, and able to juggle timelines across multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Design across a range of mediums — print, digital, social, motion, and light video
- Develop and present creative concepts that align with a client’s brand, goals, and voice
- Carry projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and client communication
- Collaborate with our internal teams (content, web, video) to craft integrated creative solutions
- Translate brand messaging into compelling visuals across multiple formats
- Stay current with design and motion trends, tools, and best practices
- Help evolve client brands while ensuring consistency and quality
- Serve as the creative lead and point of contact on select client accounts
