We are seeking a highly experienced and creative graphic designer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as both a primary designer and project manager for select client accounts. You will develop client relationships, facilitate the creative process, and collaborate with various teams to deliver innovative and effective design solutions. If you have a strong background in both print and digital design, a knack for organization while problem-solving through design, and excellent communication skills, this role could be an ideal fit for you.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Solid understanding of web design and UX best practices
- Extensive experience in both print and digital design
- Proven ability to use design as a tool for problem-solving and identifying the best strategy for creative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously
- Experience leading client meetings and working directly with clients to understand and deliver on their vision
Responsibilities:
- Work with the creative director to execute design solutions for a variety of endpoints.
- Develop and present creative concepts, ensuring a client’s vision is met through effective design strategies
- Carry out the design process from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
- Create innovative and impactful designs for both print and digital mediums, tailored to the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other designers, as well as content, web, and video teams, to develop multidisciplinary solutions that meet client objectives
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations while pushing creative boundaries
- Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.
